Hotsauce trifecta: Tabasco Habanero, Tapatio and Cholula Chili Lime

Oh How I love love love love HOT SAUCE!! I love it on everything: salad, sandwiches, vegetables, potatoes, chicken, seafood, UMM, like I said- everything!!

I have even mixed in dried chilis in icecream and a few dessert dishes.

I have heard stories about natives in Ecuatorial South America who become addicted to chilis and quite often sex, simultaneously. I’m not sure what the relation is but anything that gives you a rush of endorphins is always a plus.
