Many of you know that animal rescue is near and dear to my hear- I have 3 rescues myself and they are my fur-babies!

Favorite Cook book- Seven Fires by Francis Mallman: John Dawson from PatioDaddioBBQ.com gave me this book as a wedding present back in November of 2010. This is my favorite cookbook ever- Francis Mallman shows Argentenian Grilling techniques paired with his master chef background for a truly awesome book!!!! LOVE IT!!!
