In time for the holidays, I’m partnering with Thermoworks to give away the dynamic duo of roasting. Oven thermometer! I’ve been meaning to invest in one.

I lost my digital thermometer and could have used it last Thursday! Smoked a 13 pounder in the BGE and the heat got away from me. Some delicious breast meat but the wings and legs got dried out. Last night’s 6 pounds of skirt steak and chicken for fajitas regained some composure.
This will make a wicked awesome stocking stuffer for my father-in-law!

Last Christmas my wife bought me a Big Green Egg. It changed my BBQ-ing life. I live in Canada and it can get a bit chilly doing some winter grilling or smoking. Thankfully the Egg can stand up to the low temperatures better than I can. Having this set would save my delicate skin from being exposed to the frigid air for too long as I check the temperatures of my cooks.
The probe would be amazing for my low’n'slows while the Thermapen would be great for everything. I want to get into grilling fish a bit more to have some more healthy grilling. One problem is always over-cooking and you have such a small window with fish that a Thermapen really is an essential tool to make sure you get it right.
This would be the ultimate package.
