I love getting feedback and recipes from my readers, especially from fellow girls on the grill, so I'm glad to post this yummy smoked amberjack fish spread recipe from Barbara Bellack. Smoked Fish Dip is one of the best things about living in Florida in my opinion, and my

South Florida Smoked Fish Dip Recipe is the #1 recipe hit on my blog, so I was happy to get another version to try as this stuff is supremely addictive!!

Ingredients:

  • 3C smoked fish
  • 3/4C mayo
  • 1/2C celery
  • 1/2C green onions
  • 1/3C red pepper
  • 1/3C green pepper
  • 1/4C yellow pepper
  • 2 T Worcester sauce
  • 2 T soy sauce
  • Dash garlic, salt & pepper

Directions:
Smoke fish on the grill. Puree ingredients in a food processor until well blended. Spread on crackers and enjoy!

    I’m a fish smoking noob. What’s the trick to smoking fish? How do you know when it’s done? What are good woods to use?
