I got the opportunity to discuss The World Championship Barbecue Cooking Competition at Memphis in May with the lovely April Norris of ABC 24 in Memphis. It was fun to discuss competing on the “Too Sauced to Pork team” and the new location of the cook off this year after it had to be moved to the fairgrounds due to the Mississippi River flooding. We also got a chance to discuss my Women’s Grilling Clinics and empowering women to not be intimidated by the grill. Hope you enjoy!
